Sorceror Quest

Hi, I am a bit lost trying to find the sorceror to complete the sorcerors quest.
I got this quest from rhianna the wiccan and the directions were to find him around lost lake.

I think I have done a lap of lost lake and found some dragons, a few moonbeasts and a couple of nasty sorceresses on a tiny island, but I could not find the sorcerer.

Is there a specific location this guy resides or should I just get somewhere and wait for a random encounter?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

he's actually in the northwest most tip of the map. if you start swimming north you'll come to a small island. from that small island go northwest until you find some land.

Where is dat waskily wiccan?

I tried doing this last night, and couldn't find Rhianne? NW of the small islands is a group of mountains, no land. There land north of the small island, where I found a chest, but no Wiccan. And there is land East of the small island, where I found - well, nothing. Just a long south-bound road to the fire drakes back door.

Where is the waskily wiccan?
