I heard that when you turn 15 you can gain a prestige class but Kreia stil doesnt talks about it. is there something that I forgot to do, i'm jedi guardian woman and already have done dantooine and nar shadaa.

You're probably not light or dark enough then. Make sure you're 75% up or down the ladder and it should be available.
