Problem at the SinBin
Fatboy is supposed to leave the SinBin after you've taken the manager's computer and the change machine. I've done it a dozen times before or more without incident. This time through, he seems to be content to wank to a steel door for now and forever. So how do I get Fatboy to walk? It's not a question of time...I've already waited for more than a half-hour of real time several times. The only way through that I've found is to kill him, but that must surely poison the rest of my relationship with VV. At this point, though, I'm going to just off the jerk and see what happens.

reopen the window so he gets off quicker?
seriously, what about using powers - e.g. trance, hysteria? or draining him in part?
if he can't see what you are up to when you get rid of Chastity, there's no problem surely?
if you use a sudden-death strike e.g. suicide you'll complete the mission anyhow.
I've managed this mission in a number of ways - give it a go.

1) reopen the window so he gets off quicker?: Tried it - didn't work.
2) seriously, what about using powers: Tried it, didn't work.
3) if he can't see what you are up to when you get rid of Chastity: The other dancer becomes a witness or a casualty, and in close quarters in a fight between a vampire and a hunter, she tends to become a casualty.
4) if you use a sudden-death strike e.g. suicide: Tried it - it qualifies as a kill. VV is, after all, a Toreador. She can't be tricked with "well, he just died, right there!". She might be pretty but she's no fool. She wanted *no* innocent casualties.
5) Exit the SinBin and re-enter it: Tried it - didn't work.
Seriously, folk. I already tried all of the obvious stuff. I've tranced, tranked, drained, beaten and fed on this guy. He still won't leave with the singular exception of being sent home (vis-a-vis being dead).
The problem with beating him up is that my character is powerful enough that I can sometimes kill him with a single hand-to-hand attack, but even if he survives the first punch, he just runs around until he's back in the same peep-show cubbyhole. He seems to regard it as safe haven.
Before anybody suggests it, yes, I have tried stopping the game and restarting (x 3), loading from my last saved game (at my haven in the Chantry) and trying to go through again (x 2), and rebooting my computer (x 2). About the only thing I can think of that I haven't tried is killing the proprietor, not that I object to that on any moral, ethical, or vampiric grounds. I can take the humanity hit for offing an 'innocent'. I could try killing VV, but I've got another quest coming, and I have serious ethical concerns about killing somebody who sends me poetry.
And yes, I have tried just talking to the guy - not a conversationalist, or immensely stupid. As he's in a peep show, I tend to go with option 2.
Actually, I may have just answered my own question. I found the second tape already, and read VV's poetry. Maybe my biggest problem is that I've just gone back to my most recent save. Maybe I have to go back to before I've finished the "Snuff is enough" quest.
Any other ideas, however, would be appreciated.

Fat boy does NOT leave when you shut the peep window from the computer!
When you shut the window, another guy leaves - the one who wacthes the show from the room #2.
To get the fat boy leave you must wacth closely his movement. Did you see that he often leaves the room to get some cash from the cahnge machine?
Now you know what to do, right?
Steal money from the machine and the fattie will leave soon.

Sorry!
I assumed that the poster had already emptied the change machine before playing with the computer - if you look at the log, the computer in sinbin states that repair is awaited on that booth - so when you lockdown the booths, the guy in the dodgy clobber goes but fatboy doesn't leave unless he runs out of change - you force that situation by emptying the change machine before lockdown.
as for the other exotic dancer being a witness - you must get her from that ante-room. there are a few ways of doing that, the easiest being to pay her to go to the love shack, but persuade/dominate work too.
I didn't suggest killing the witnesses - just using the power on Charity, however - the other stripper has a bit of a fit if she sees Charity collapse, so you need her to be out of sight.
sorry for any shortfall in info.

True, but when I used suicide quickly and the other stripper witnessed the event I suffered no penalties (no Masquerade violation and no problem with VV afterwards), so that route is still open to complete the quest properly.

I did steal the money - second thing after shutting the doors. He hasn't yet come out and even *tried* the machine since this started. He just stands there staring at the steel door. I did mention that I'd played this before, right?

Resolution
I've found the problem. I alluded to the "Snuff is enough" quest earlier. The first pass through, I went to the sinbin to get the password for DMP, then went to DMP, cleaned up, went to Isaac with Snuff 2, then back to my haven for a recharge and I read VV's poetry. Apparrently, reading the poetry before completing the quest is what triggers this bug. I went back to just after Snuff 1, went straight to the SinBin, and everything worked fine. So to everybody else: Don't read that poetry until you've killed the hunter!
