Starting out ToB

Where exactly or how exactly do you start out the ToB expansion if you installed it while you're in the middle of an SoA game? I visited and finished watchers keep, but how do I access the rest of the new areas?

You just continue with SoA, then once you have finished it, you'll be transfered over to ToB, this is done automatically by the game. Watcher's Keep is an Add-In thing, as the developers say, so you can access it while playing SoA. ToB will only accessable once you have finished the SoA storyline.

Edit - Once you start ToB, you will not be able to access any thing from SoA - ei. Windspear Hills, Druid Grove, Athkatla (sp?), etc. - except for Watcher's Keep
