Treasure Chest in Fargrove Castle

I've returned from Arindale and freed the Fargrove Castle from the Guard Captain's betrayal. Freed the king in the dungeon and he kept saying "You can have all the treasures in my castle".
I did happen to find 3 treasure chests on the 2nd floor near the guard captain's location. However I cannot open it. Any advice how to open it?
Or is it just a "figure speech" spoken by the King?

Its an empty offer, Just like the elven wizard, he tells you your welcome to anything you need in his at the lower level of his tower, theres nothing there unless he means you can have your way with his man servant.

How do you get back into Fargrove once the gates are locked?

Who locked the gates of Fargrove anyway?
I come and go whenever I wan to, there's no lock whatsoever.
Do you have a moonstone? you can always try....

It's empty--for now. This was one of the game bugs discussed several weeks ago, and it occurs in several locations. Hopefully, it will be fixed in the 1.2 patch. We'll just have to wait, and see.
