Question about scribe skill and heralds..

For magician class... does scribe skill really works??? So far i have increased my scribe skill up to level 7 and now it does require 700,000+ adv points but i dont think so that my spells recharge more faster than before i gain that skill? And also about heraldy, what is the maximum heraldy that i can have? I doubt there will be only 10 heraldy that can be fit on the heraldy section...

Well I have 11 Heraldry Items now and, haven't even gotten the fourth Relic yet. So I know, that you can pick up more than 10.
