Rumors of Halo3

Post by Loudannoyingkid »

If you hear any news about halo3 please post it
Or what you think they might put into the game.

Well, I don't think that there will be any more games on halo, I mean you saw the idiots face in part two, or so I've heard. AND I really thought nobody really liked it at all. I mean the gameplay was horrible, the story was horrible, the graphics were not all to good.

I think its scheduled for the new XBox. Darth Z, I'll bet that Microsoft won't be able to lay off the cash cow that is Halo.

The game wasn't designed for single player. That was just a quick thing tossed together as an almost tutorial for online death matches IMO. I had a blast doing drunken death matches with my friends when I used to play it every day or other day. Then my roommate broke his X-box and when we went to play at a party we just couldn't keep up at all and it ruined the fun of it.

If the company could make some new innovations on the game, good ones, they could have a solid game to sell for death match purposes. However, they didn't do all that well with innovating on the second one. A few new items, opening up the option to play as the alien race, and making it so you could jump on and knock people off vehicles or destroy them. They'd need to come up with a lot more in order to make people to shell out more money en masse and start over with a new version. Incorporating all of the old levels would be nice too, although that might end up taking more than one disc for the game which wouldn't be something most companies would do. I just know we'd switch to Halo to play the old levels and wish we had the new stuff on the old levels.

Tis a good thing then, I would have destroyed my xbox if there was a halo 3 for it.

I played Halo and Halo 2. Once, each. I dont like them, so I'd prefer MS to keep making the Flight simulator and to spend more research on the Age Of Empires project. Ditto.

I have to wonder, were you two playing the campaign mode, or playing against your friends? I thought the campaign was just BLAH myself.

If they ever make it, I'm sure they will include a lot of weapons and monsters in it :D

I didn't like the looks of either of the halo games.

The single player mode is really bad... but there are fans. IM was a huge fan, I guess he's the person to ask.

Yeah, there are games made simply for the multi-player function. This is one of them. If you get it just for the single player campaign, you wasted your money.

I like Halo, but I don't play it much anymore. Too busy playing other things (namely, BG2 and Morrowind), but my brothers both like to play it online, and therefore play it WAY more than I do.
I wanted to change my sig, but I can't think of anything to change it to :(

Mag: Don't remember much at all of last night do you?
Me: put simply.... No :D
Mag: From what I put together of your late night drunken ramblings? Vodka, 3 girls, and then we played tic-tac-toe and slapped each other around.
