When I go Downtown she is there but has no interaction with my Gangrel
character. She does not offer silver ring.
Not sure what is going on here. Anyone have any ideas???

In Bloody Mess unable to find Heather (supposed to be in Room1) of
medical clinic. Noone is in the room.

You have to talk to the Ghoul in front of the hospital first ( he tells ya that he is a ghoul and so lets you know that such a thing exists )....otherwise she won't be in the hospital....

unless you speak to Knox at the beginning, the "ghouling Heather" quest does not appear. it is like the sussing out of Knox/Tung - timing is everything - unless you speak to him with perception at the right level at the right time, yuo never get to suss him out.

With Heather I have only seen her not in the room once and that was when a friend of mine was playing. Not sure what happened there.
In order to feel her blood, and thus turn her into a ghoul, you need to discover that vampire blood can be given to humans and allows them to be healed. There are two ways to do this:
1) Talk to Knox and eventually he will tell you about it.
2) or talk to Mercurio and he will say that the vamp blood has stopped working or some such and then you can ask him about it.
Then, with your newfound knowledge that vampire blood can heal humans and the sight of that poor suffering college girl, you can sweep in and save the day.
