Help finding General Crullis

I've been all around the Vail Ruin to kill General Crullis to fulfill my Lord quest, however, I can't find the dude. An earlier thread mentions something about him being in one the western valleys, unfortunately, he wasn't there. Any help would be appreciated. I've even ventured both during the day and night and there is still no General Crullis. Thanks for the help in advance.

I don't know about the General but I found the Deadlord in the western valley below the daedroth temple.

I found him in the northeastern section of the vale. Go east at the dreadoth temple, then when you cant go east any further because of a mountain, head south and you'll run into him.
