Mournhold Sewer Bug

Ok, heres the problem. I get a quest from some guy at the mournhold temple area I think. He is the guy that is important to the main quest. Sorry, I dont know his name. Buy anyway, he gives a quest to go kill some of the goblin training areas or something like that, which are in one of the mournhold sewers, the ones in the really rich district. So when I go down there, after about 2 seconds of just standing there, the game just freezes, crashes, and I am back to my desktop like I just turned the computer on. When I go back to one of my savegames, the game wont let me load it. It says that one of the files are corrupt. Any suggestions?

Are you on PC or Xbox?

If you are on PC, do you have the most recent Bloodmoon patch?

Oh, Im on PC and I have not installed Bloodmoon yet. Im just playing through Tribunal first then I will install Bloodmoon. Why, does the Bloodmoon Patch fix Tribunal?
