Being the impatient sort I will start a ToB game while waiting for your input on the Irenicus problem: Now my problem is another, one that should generate some debate.
I play a multi-player game in order to have a sorceress with my Kensai-Mage
I also have done everything one could in SoA, including the difficult mods and the first couple of levels of Watcher's Keep. My party is thus very high levels. The range from 21- 34. It consists of
Edar Macilrille, Kensai-Mage
Mordana of Morkai, Sorceress
Valyagar, dual-wielding Celestial Fury and his family blade (+LB at need)
Minsc, With either Joril's Dagger, Elven Court Bow or Dragon's Breath.
Soulaifein, Flail of The Ages and Elliestrae's Moonblade dual-wielded (+CB).
Viconia, my romance, Dual-wielding Flail and Water's Talon Scimitar (+CB).
Which of these should I exchange for Sarevok? I want him in and to turn him to a goody-two-shoes, but I cannot see who I should exchange him with.
I have used SK to make Soulaifein a thief also in addition to his usual class. I need someone to find traps, and would not exchange any of these for Imoen or Jan.
Best wishes; Palle

It depends on your style of play, but I would say either Misc or Valygar. I personally dislike Valygar a little more, but Minsc overlaps with Sarevok to a greater degree. Whichever one you use less, get rid of. If you want one backstabber and one beefcake, can Minsc. If you like Misnc's "more swords" approach, then can Valygar.
The unfortunate thing with getting rid of either of them is the lack of dialogue. Two of your characters have no dialogue, and a third is a mod, so that leaves you with only three of six original characters. The important thing is, of course, that you have fun though...

Cuchulain is right.
You could ram up the difficulty to insane and play a game that focuses completely on strategy, rather than interaction, like the IWD series.
Or you could devise your party with greater dialogue in mind.
I would certainly dump either Minsc or Valygar, more likely Valygar.
BTW, if you have the Sola mod, along with Minsc and Jan, you get some very funny situations
Don't start topics with titles like this one. It's a huge spoiler, so please change the title along the lines of "Spoiler": who to exchange?".
I agree with Chrizum. I haven't gotten to this point in the game yet and didn't know that Sarevok would be showing his face again until I happened to run across this title.
Can a Moderator please alter the title so no other gamers are spoiled?

Mitch:You know, um, something strange happened to me this morning... Chris Knight: Was it a dream where you see yourself standing in sort of sun-god robes on a pyramid with a thousand naked women screaming and throwing little pickles at you?Mitch: No... Chris Knight:Why am I the only one who has that dream?

Title changed. Folks, *please* let's remember that new players deserve to have the game unspoiled, unless requested. Just glancing at that title is a spoiler in itself.
To the Righteous belong the fruits of violent victory. The rest of us will have to settle for warm friends, warm lovers, and a wink from a quietly supportive universe.
