Item Drops

How often do you actually get good items from enemies.. not from boxes.. but from actual enemies..

right now im loading and reloading my game trying to get full Deathlord armor from Tomb of Souls...

anyone know good enemies to kill for items?

I know that chest drops are random, but I thought that item drops from monsters was always the same... have you been getting different items when you reload and fight the same creatures again??

yep. picked up a winter dagger and a dwarven winter axe amd a dwarven poison axe

the loot stayed the same over and over.. then it ended up being the same PLUS one of the magic weapns (so if they droped a scroll, they droped it every time.. even the time it dropped the weapon)

Thats good to know.. I never tried to see any differences in the monster loot.. I did however save before opening chests a few times, then reloaded if I didn't like what it gave me.. but, I was well into the game by the time I learned that the item dropped was random. It would be interesting to see what items I could get if I was a little more selective when I play again.

yes it wasnt until i got to Unholy altar that i noticed it (had to reload over and over for stupid Succubus to get the right pathing to reach the altar)

and i had jusgt so happend to of had a spawn of people appear behind me...

Ya i did the chest thing too, but not until Tomb of Souls
