STUCK in a WALL

Game Stopping BUG! Stuck in a WALL

I just defeated the naga queen, and on the way out, I fell into the water. I jumped on to a ledge to get my sense of direction, noticed another ledge, jumped up and got STUCK! I can't move in any direction, and stupid me, didn't save except for WAY BACK before the gas maze. Is there a no clip trick to get me out of this wall, or any tips anyone can offer?

I got stuck in a door and couldn't get out. I was able to get out after installing patch and havent had that problem again. So if you haven't tried that, try it.

I've already updated, but... perhaps I'll try RE-installing the patch to see if it helps.

Anyone else had success getting unstuck?

I've got stucked too, at the Hell realm (the final stage). First, one of the demons spawn when I approach the gate got pushed into the wall, so I couldn't kill it to open the gate, luckily I just saved before I engaged them, so I reload. This time, that demon want revenge and pushed me in to the gate wall! So I reloaded again and this time I decide to lure them far, far away from the gate and fight. Finished the game minutes later...

I got stuck but I found a way
you have to let a NPC to hit you that is the only way.

So bad that we don't have a reset players code or others to play around with.
