Cool Sabre, can you put the items on your site ? (to save you tedious emails )
Myself tried to do a "real" Sword of Backstabbing (that is giving an additional "level" in backstabbing, from x4 to x5 for example) using IEEE, but it doesn't work, I can't figure how to use the "backstab" ability parameters...Can someone help ?

That's ok, I know what you mean Ulfen, I've made some of those "uber" items for my own characters.
PDF: There is an ability called Backstab, as well as a Backstab Every Hit. I'm not really sure how the Backstab thing works, but I believe you can set the Modifier Type to 1 and the Statistic Modifier to ther level that you want (1 for x1, 2 for x2 and so on) - this is in the Parameters, if you only want to increase the level, then put the Modifier to 0 and the statistic to how many level you want to increase by.
For Backstab Every Hit, set the Constant Value to 1 and leave the unknown at 0 - this is also in the Parameters. This should work, I haven't tried this yet though.

I'll put the three items I made for Ulfen up, after I extract the BAMs and everything else that the items use. Not sure if I should put them in one of the merchants - I'm still not very sure about how to do this - or just leave them as they are - you have to 'cheat' them in. Any suggestions?
Edit - Oh, and should I put them individually or as a group?

Sabre, thanks again !
About stores : there is a Store Editor in IEEE, very simple to use (just put the list of items and price + some parameters...) but I didn't tinker with it yet
As for items, I prefer having both ; one at a time for cherry-picking, and a big file with everything in it for mass dload

Ok, I only have the three items that I made for Ulfen right now. I'll make some small changes, put them into stores, editing Cespenar's dialogue so he can create them (hopefully). This would mean that I'll be making a group of items that are forge by Cespenar, and another group for the ones that are in stores; as well as individual items - this mean that if you download the individual items, you will not be able to make more than one item.
I'm hoping to get the first three up tonight; haven't started on the others yet, but I will start soon and do my best to finish them. So please be patient, thanks.
Edit - Any suggestions for Cespenar's dialogues, when he make the new items?

craig: I haven't started making it yet, so any changes now wouldn't matter much.
Ok, I'll be putting the items on my site and group them according to the designer; so tell me if you don't want your user name, or want another name, to appear on the site, thanks. You can either email me, or send me a private message if you do not want to post here.

Could you try these?
Anarchy
This bastard sword is a chaotic weapon that feeds on pure, utter, chaos. Created from the lower planes by the weird imp known as Sludr'raquag (aka Slud), this sword has been the scourge of all natural existence. Both the good creatures and the evil denizens of the Prime Material Plane harbor a deep, if subconscious, hatred for this sword, and only the sacred sanctuary of the hidden cult, Rooooound, has saved this sword from being melted away to form other, less chaotic, things. Like paper weights.
How it got out of the sanctuary and into <CHARNAME>'s hands is unknown; the sword hides all wisdom under a blanket of chaos. The bonuses that are bestowed by this devious sharp and pointy object may seem to outweigh the curses on it, but since only the foolish and reckless are able to, and would choose to, wield this weapon, it doesn't really matter, does it?
Special:
Cast Chaos 5 times per day.
Cursed.
Gains bonuses when wielder is fatigued or intoxicated. (Whatever the editor allows)
50% chance gender of wielder change when equipped.
Chaotic Commands when equipped.
Improved Chaos Shield when equipped.
Improved Alacrity when equipped.
Harm (on wielder) when equipped. (ie reduces to 1HP)
Requires at least 6 Wisdom.
-5 Wisdom when equipped.
50% chance of draining 1 point of Wisdom from target with each hit (6 rounds)
Target must save vs Breath Weapon or be stunned and knocked back.
Each hit changes target's gender (No save).
10% chance of Heal on enemy with each hit.
10% chance of Silence, 15' Radius with each hit.
10% chance of Chaos on enemy with each hit.
10% chance of Gate with each hit.
10% of Sphere of Chaos with each hit.
Attack: +4 to hit.
Damage: 1d30+4 (1d2+1 against Chaotic Creatures)
Speed Factor: 3
Type: Bastard Sword
Usable by:
Chaotic characters
Berserkers
Stalkers
Barbarians
Priest of Talos'
Thieves
Jesters
Wild Mages
(Use one of Haer'dalis' swords for the pics, or whatever suits best)
Cloak of the Pink, Fluffy, and Flying Elephant
Created from the hide of innocent PFF Elephants, this cloak is evil, EVIL, EVIL!!!! Yet, undeniably, this cloak does offer many bonuses. Only the astoundingly Righteous will gain the bonuses without the harsh reprimanding from the Elephant Gods. On the other hand, also able to use this cloak are those that are irreversibly EVIL!!!!
Special:
Exactly the same as a Cloak of Mirroring, except with:
Invisibility when equipped.
Blur when equipped.
+4 Dex when equipped.
+15% Max HP when equipped.
Immunity to Level Drain, Imprisonment, and Intelligence Drain.
Useable by:
Chaotic Evil characters.
Chaotic Neutral characters.
Lawful Good characters (preferably Elephants, but if none present, then any other race).
(Use any cloak pic. Preferably either black, pink, or red.)
Shield of the Faithful
This shield was utilized effectly by Sir Arfrezino in the Battle of Water-Bomb Bay. As a simple soldier for the Black Templars, he and his comrades faced an unending hoard of sentient lightbulbs, sent by the crazed yet powerful mage, Bob The Meek. The battle was in the favour of the black knights, who's swords and other assorted sharp weapons sliced the lightbulbs extremely efficiently, until the Sub-Commander (who we shall keep anonymous so as to divert further shame and retribution) decided to use his innate magical abilities to create a thunderstorm and blast the lightbulbs into pieces of glass and metal. Unfortunately, the lightbulbs harnessed the electrical energy generated by the lightning, and used it to magnitise all metallic objects, dumping the swords, axes, shields, and armour into one large lake. The lake itself was very deep, and none of the knights had been trained to swim, so they were forced to rely on their bare hands to fight the lightbulbs. Of course, those in the frontline soon realised that punching lightbulbs when they were extremely hyperactive wasn't really such a good idea. The first 100000 or so men were electricuted, all under a minute, leaving only ash and a few strands of hair here and there. The rest ran, leaving the courageous and valiant Sir Arfrezino (who was injured and couldn't run away) to his own demise. Overly outnumbered 50 million to 1, Arfry (as his friends called him) knelt down on the ground and prayed to his God. As in basically all stories, divinity intervened, by giving Arfry a crystal shield (1% crystal, 2% holy power, 97% paper). A very, very small shield. But with only that in his hands, Arfry used it anyway to block all of the kamikazing charges made by the lightbulbs. Legends say that he held on to the shield for three days and three nights, until finally, every single lightbulb had charged into the shield and destroyed itself.
AC Bonus: +7 (+20 against lightbulbs)
60% electrical resistance.
Globe of Blades when equipped.
Protection from Evil when equipped.
Slow when equipped.
10% resistance to physical damage (like Jan's armour or Hardiness)
Useable by: Every class, whether or not they normally allow the use of shields.
(Use either Shield of Balduran pic or some other Medium Shield pic)

MS: I will try to make them, but I'll be making the items in order of them posted, so you'll have to be patient, thanks.
There is a few things I need to clear up though:
From: Anarchy
- "Immunity to everything" What do you mean by this?
- "30d1+4 (5d1+4 against Chaotic Creatures)" So it's a guaranteed 34 damage per hit, and 9 per hit versus Chaotic Creatures?
From: Shield of the Faithful
- Please explain what you mean by "lightbulbs"

yea you're right, the Universe staff idea is too powerful with the 5%. I actually wanted the Summon Comet special to be as rare as Sarevok's Deathbringer. I assume it's a 5% or maybe 1%. Also consider that only a mage can use it, not duel or anything else. Anything higher than that is obviously overly powerful.
The requirement is alot 16 wisdom and 18 intelligence. Also, a good idea for this item to keep away from rogues with that "Use any Item" ability is to give some kind of curse with those lower than 16 wisdom and intelligence, like a -10 dex curse to anyone other than a mage whom wields it or just a -10 dex period to anyone whom wields it. Your defenses are down when you attempt to concentrate on where the comet hits right .

ok next one up. Should keep Barbs and Skalds happy!
Kartan‘s Desecrator
Legend speaks of Kartan the Slayer, the Barbarian who charged into the ranks of the goblin hoard at the battle of Toringrad Pass, butchering no less than 40 of the twisted breeds before his clansmen reached the field. Kartan’s act is remembered in the great tombs as bold and ruthless, however the Skalds tell a different tale… Kadan the rabid, a warrior drawn into bloodlust, a savage who would just as soon slay his own to quench his thirst. The clansmen at Toringrad Pass did not cower from the goblins, they had waited until Kartan and his flail had drunk their fill. The Torin Skalds also warn: "Beware of he who would wield this flail, for he walks a fine line between fury and heedless savagery".
Special: Incresed speed*. Each hit inflicts additional 2 bleeding damage on target every round for two rounds. 5% Chance of Bloodlust on wielder (Confusion – overrides Barb Rage) with every kill.
Damage: 1d6+4 (& THACO +3) + 4 vs Humanoid
Proficiency: Flail
Speed: 2*
Usable by: Barbarian, Berserker, Fighter and Skald only
Image: Drow Flail (rusted tint)
oh and one for Monks...
Fists of Fury
Shunned by all monks in Faerun baring one reclusive sect, ‘The Ire of Talos’, these gloves are sure to ostracize any who wears them. The user gains the ability to not only unleash his own Ki’s raw fury but also that of his foe.
Special: THACO +2 when attacking with fists. Adds 1d6 electrical damage. chance of unleashing chain lighting each hit.
Usable by: Monks only
Image: Cloves of Pickpocketing
up soon will be a "Highlander'ish" Two-Handed Sword (decaps & quickens/powers after a kill) and a dark Spider Shield (Poisn/Magc res, Spider stuff). All will be eventually posted on Sabre's site.

Wow, did I type all of that last night ;;;
Mental Note: Get more Sleep.
Sabre: Take your time with the items; I'm not in a hurry to get them.
For Anarchy- Hm... Change that to 1d8+4 and 1d2+4 respectively; I wasn't thinking.
For that Shield- The lightbulb thing is just for the description only.
I edited my post a bit.

The Quickening +4
It has long been fabled that a warrior can draw power from the very essence of a defeated foe. The tale of kindred swordsmen who dueled through out the ages until only one remained has long been a favorite amoungst storytellers and adventures alike. It seems that there may be some truth in the legends.
(Forged by Cespenar – Two Handed Sword +3, Kings tear, Ring of Regeneration. 4000gp)
Cespenar: “Listen to too many tales you do! eh? There can be only one!” ((?))
Special: Wielder regenerates 2 HP every round. 10% Chance of decapitation. 4% Chance of “Quikening” (sequenced: ‘Draw upon Holy Might’ + ‘Haste’ + Cure light wounds’) after each kill <-- animation looks , might include “there can be only one” floating text when it happens!
Damage: 1d12 + 4 (THACO +4)
Proficiency: Two Handed Sword
Speed: 6

and...
Blessed Bolts
Special: Vampires must save vs death or be utterly destroyed.
Damage: 1d4

Don't you guys think that these weapons are too powerful ? I mean you may as well edit all your stats to 25 and give yourself 10 kajillion hps and immunity to all weapons.
Not to be singling anyone out, but I especially think that 1d30 sword is ridiculous. Heck 1d30 doesn't even exist in PnP.
But I am not here just on rebuking. I also would like to request an item.
Consuming Darkness Two-Handed Sword +5
This blade is wholly evil. The blade is undeniably deadly, and not only to the target, but to the wielder as well. It is probable that some Duke Of Hell altered the vorpal effect of this sword to prevent any insurrection from his own ranks. The blade does not even appear to be made from metal, but appears to be an extremely well sharpened shard of obsidian. An aura of terror hangs around this sword like a man on a gallows. Only the most wicked and perverse warriors would consider using this blade.
Thac0: +5
Damage: 1d12+5, +5 cold damage
Special Abilities:
-10% of decapitation, no save. Everytime this effect goes off, wielder takes 20 damage.
-5% chance of casting "poison" as per the priest spell on target, per hit. Save at +4
When wielded, -5 charisma, -5 wisdom, +2 str, +2 con
-When dropped or switched to another weapon, wielder takes 20 damage.
-While in use, the wielder is immune to all healing spells and potions.
-25% chance of casting blade barrier , globe of blades , and fireshield (blue), and cloak of fear on wielder.
-Save vs. death on every hit or drain 1 level from target and healing wielder 20 hit points
Speed: 5
Weight: 10
Usable by:
Evil fighters
Evil Barbarians
