No, and No i'm afraid not. Your best bet if you are a long blade user is the Daedric Crescent/Dai-Katana
Mag: Don't remember much at all of last night do you?
Me: put simply.... No :D
Mag: From what I put together of your late night drunken ramblings? Vodka, 3 girls, and then we played tic-tac-toe and slapped each other around.

My suggestion, make one in the creator, and dump it off somewhere that you can enter into and not get attacked for taking it. It's not that hard to make at all and it's not exactly awesomely powerful to have a normal one.

I've made my "chest of goodies" in a mod. If I ever don't feel like running all over and searching for equipment, I've got just about 10, of everything. Plus some custom enchanted items as well in there. ;) There's a chest in the watchtower in Balmora, the warehouse building for the Excise and Taxes group or whatever it was in Balmora has like 3 chests full of stuff. I need to redo it so I don't end up having to kill people and unlock chests to access it though. :(
"You can do whatever you want to me."
"Oh, so I can crate you and hide you in the warehouse at the end of Raiders?"
"So funny, kiss me funny boy!" / *Sprays mace* " I know, I know, bad for the ozone"
