I've played it once. Can't seem to find the motivation for playing it again.

5 or 6, I think. Two times I didn't finish it; one of the times, once I got to Dantooine, I deleted the game because I didn't want anything to do with Malachor V. The other time, I had started a new character halfway through a game and thought I lost the original; when I found out I could switch characters and go back to the old one, I was already so far along in the new one that I wasn't motivated enough to bother continuing it. And only one time did I come out of the game with everyone that could be Jedi were Jedi (plus I also got as far as I could with Mandalore and HK-47 in their dialogue).

Four times completed, now. Twice abandoned (I removed save games after running into a problem with Handmaiden post 1.0B patch). Four more games not completed.

Only two of those ten were DS, and they were amongst the incomplete. I could never take the DS path seriously in KotOR 1, it's much better in 2, but I just can't enjoy being bad. At least as a Jedi - never had much problem killing people in VTM - Bloodlines...

* EDIT * Recently had a scary moment filling in the Nielsen survey for KoTOR 2; when it came to filling in the "how many hours have you spent playing the game?" bit, I fell of the bottom of the drop down list, only to discover that there was another drop down list behind it...

Currenty on my 4th time through. 2 LS, 2 DS. This is my first time 'cheating' however. It is nice to start the game with a saber, instead of a ridiculous vibrosword. I enjoy playing LS more.

Cheating info here (How long does it take to type "kotor ii console cheat codes" into google, for heaven's sake  ).

Personally I think the game is much less satisfying when you cheat. The whole point of the lightsaber is you want it, so the game makes you wait. Cheat and there is no anticipation, no occasion.

on my second one, just to see the DS effects

the game is great, but to me the replay value is really bad, it's too easy & i swear it's so hard to gain enough influence to get my people to be Jedi, and i dont want to cheat.

Great game, just cant see any reason to play through it multiple times after you've opened every canister in the game

and done it all once thru 100%

Too little times, I'm afraid. One and a half only. I just find myself playing too much other games and totally forgetting about KotOR. Although I do pay my visits to the forums... but hey, that's just me.

I'm on my 7-8th time now. Dark side, yet again. I was tempted to be a Jedi this time, but frankly I find more appeal in being Sith. That and I still wanna see what happens when I let all the Jedi live as a Sith.
