You have a Ruin just SW of ashlander camp ( urshalku or something like that

).

Some point in your main quest (you get from master blade) you will find out about that camp and then find Ruins. I wouldnt recomed to go there before lvl 20 or higher, eaven to become a vamp because it is hard to play as vamp early in the game.... thats just

my opinion...
