Need help getting to Brother Kanker

I've read the walk through for "Fun With Pestilence," and it instructs you to go into the sewer and pick the lock at the end of the first tunnel. Can someone tell me where to find this lock? I've been through the sewer a million times looking for it.

Search the forum for Brother Kanker--there are lots of threads about him.

Spoiler: You have to find his sewer which is down the alley, across from the Last Round. Go past the fire and through a fence and talk to Tin Can Bill--he will tell you where to go.

It confused me because it's not in the regular sewers. Shana's advice will take you right there.

Truck in the way

I had an issue with this question my 3rd time around; there was a big truck in my way. It blocks the location to Tin Can Bill & Brother Kanker. The location that the other posters mentioned above are correct. But if you have a big truck in your way, you'll have to talk to a random bum to get it to go away. I didn't have to do this when I played my first 2 times; but this last time the truck stayed there until I talked to a regular bum.
