Savegame trouble

This is funky, at lvl 3 I was caught between 3 dragons and a hard place around Lost Lake and hit ESC then save on accident, so as to not save, dead, I hit ESC again to exit the menu. When I loaded I was still dead surrounded by three dragons around Lost Lake. I'm running 1.0 just so you know. Implication: pressing the Esc key at the save menu in 1.0 is like pressing the ENTER key.

I don't think it matters what version you're using. If you hit save and the game brings up the dialogue asking for the name of the file, it's going to save your game in that slot no matter what you do.

What I'm saying is simply; while in the save game menu, without pressing ENTER, you cannot press ESC it WILL save your game in selected save-game. At least in version 1.0.
