No Boon for Galdryn's Horn

I have placed Galdryn's horn on the pedestal, and Galdryn told me I have earned Galdryn's Boon, yet I didn't receive any experience points or +3 to all attributes others have mentioned. I revisited Emmindor afterwards to complete the quest log, yet still no boon. Anyone got any suggestions?

Patch?

Have you installed patch v 1.1? That solves that bug.

I didn't receive the aforementioned boon, either. On top of that, the little helper is stuck between the doors, so I can't get the next part of the quest from Emmindor.

As a result, I've decided to try finishing the Dragon and Tiger quest I have in the Forbidden Lands, hoping that when the patch comes out it won't break my save while resolving the Emmindor issue.
