Jaheiras harper pin?

I have finished the harper quest but elminster never has showed up a 2nd time to give me this. Is there some place I have to go to trigger it? I have tried resting over and over for months and he never did come.

Terminsel shows up every couple game days for me. I have about 8 harper pins currently. Next time I see him I will send him over

8 of them! I think they need to lock him up in a rest home or something. I think hes losing his mind.

Glad to know I'm not the only one that happens to; I've got four of the stupid things now. Although the 100k exp for my character every time isn't bad, heh.
