When will Fragrove re-open?
It is closed under orders of captain Okatta or something...
I want to go to fargrove because I want to to the fighters quest but I'm allready in arindale... I also went to Ulm and I have also spoken to the Wizard (emmendor) and I should travel to Tallendor...

From the looks of your post it should have reopened. Once you completed the ulm quest (the armor) you can talk to the elven lord and ask him to help fargrove.
Check the walktrhough and do a search on this forum, there is more info on this.

From the looks of your post it should have reopened. Once you completed the ulm quest (the armor) you can talk to the elven lord and ask him to help fargrove.
Check the walktrhough and do a search on this forum, there is more info on this.
