Need lvl 50 rules +XP cap remover

My Kesai/Mage is about to hit the cap and I need this file. I went to both TeamBG and Sorcerers Palace tonight and neither one has working downloads

So if someone is one right now who can email it to me let me know and I will post my email address.

I cannot remember..

Unzip them to a new folder in your unzip folder and there is a readme text.
