I just got to become a Jedi and whenever i step out into the fields 1. it starts lagging like crazy and 2. the keys to move are backwards and when i go back in to the ebon hawk the games fine....its just starts to do that when i step outside....and i just bought the game last night

You mean the Khoonda plains on Dantooine? Maybe using an ATI graphics card?

Try this thread over at the Obsidian forums. There are plenty more if you search...
