Hey, don't belittle these guys! In virtually EVERY RPG that you start off as a weenie newbie, you start BUG EXTERMINATING. And these bugs CAN and WILL hurt you, too! Ever considered that?? Bugs are great to get newbies going!

I always sent my newbs against rats and Kobolds and the occasional goblin. Giant ants and fire beetles will Slaughter most lvl 1's in a fair fight.
