OK here is a killer combo that I just discovered:
Halfling rogue using Low Blow (or even better, Improved Low Blow). What it does - rather simple, every succesfull strike you make is sneak attack.

Let me explain: Low blow is a feat from Races of Faerun with prerequisite of having Dodge, Mobility and BAB +4 (Improved version requires Dodge, Mobility, Low Blow and BAB +4) that allows you to make, as a full round action, a single attack (at highest attack bonus) against the opponent that is at least one size category larger (since halflings are size small, that include every medium size or larger creature) and that opponent is considered flat-footed against that attack. The opponent get attack of opportunity unless you have Improve Low Blow. So as a 9th level rogue (minimum to fulfill prerequisites as rogue) you will make a single attack at +6 BAB and if succesfull you will deal additional +5d6 damage due to sneak attack.

On the other hand, I realized that AOO isnt too much of a problem since you get +1 AC from dodge and +4 from mobility (you are attacked because you move back to your old position

This is why the sugested rogue level was 9. But since you have dodge and mobility, you would recieve a +5 ac bonus. That makes it less of a drawback. Why I posted it this way? the combo came up in another thread

I was a Drow Hunter with an awesome bow and we played in 3.0 so magical bows and magical arrow stacked.

I got an insta-kill on a dragon once- you know, the 3 20's in a row kill. It's not really a planned attack combo, but it was devastating! :D

This one's from 1st edition AD&D!

Party: c.7th level, but no armour or weapons
Enemies: assorted slavers, 7-12th level, armed to the teeth escaping on a ship with all our kit.

Solution: druid shape-changed to crocodile, enemies grappled and thrown overboard then EATEN.

HAHAHAHA!
