Mask gives you plus 5 to knowledge Psionics and lets you use that knowledge.

The shield will be enough to identify those two other items.

Heavy mace +1 - 2308

Full plate +1 - (for oskatat)

Signet ring cannot be sold.

2308 divided by two is 1154 and divide that evenly is about 385 gold each.
