dunno if this has been stated...
so i'm a badass dark jedi.
used hanharr to kill mira...skipped talking to the clown close to the ebon hawk and did so late in the game.
next thing i know, mira is seen talking to the beggar even tho she's supposedly dead.
just random thoughts about the total quality of this game.......

There are oddities like that. I wasn't too pleased last week when I finished KotOR I three different ways: Jedi who killed Bastila, Jedi who saved Bastila, Sith. Well, the first one I completed was the Jedi that killed Bastila instead of bothering to save her. Well, when I escaped, Carth told me we had to go, because now that Bastila is dead, the Republic fleet has broken through the Sith forces and were bombarding the Star Forge. Okay. Then, on the unknown world, when we all got our medals, there was Bastila, as if nothing had happened. It was a waste of time to finish the game as a Jedi who saved Bastila from the dark side, but it was my time to waste.

Michael Bay: "I don't understand the difference."

um, wouldn't that mean every thread is a "spoiler" if it reveals ANY info about the game?
but thanks for the heads up...

Most threads that contain gameplay information of some "significane" and/or surprise is essentially considered spoiler.
However not all spoiler threads are caught by me, and some provide spoilers in the latter posts and not essentially in the threads original post which also means it is harder to keep a uniform procedure.
The reason I marked this as spoiler is due to the Hanharr/Mira killing in the original post, which I felt warrented a spoiler tag
I generally operate from the procedure of "better safe then sorry" - so I might be a tad overzelaous(sp?) sometimes (sorry )

After you kill Mira (or Hanharr), there is a cutscene where Kreia enters the base beneath the Jek Jek Tar and revives them. I think that this should play in amongst the custscenes where you companions are planning to rescue you from Goto's yacht.
LucasArts in interview with GameSpy, September 2004
"We were hoping we could bring the Xbox platform into December but didn't want to make the formal announcement until we knew an earlier ship date would not compromise the quality of The Sith Lords," says Producer Mike Gallo.
There is much cut material from the end of the game. As far as I recall it plays out like this (highlight to view):
The first thing you should see on Malachor is Mira (as opposed to returning to her after getting the exile close to the academy). At this point, the exile is believed to be dead (Kreia told your companions you were killed on Dantooine, by the council). Mira survives the encounter with Hanharr (which should still occur later in the version as shipped) and arrives at the acedemy.
Within the academy we see Handmaiden/Visas or Disciple/Atton challenge each other and fight depending upon your alignment. This is the reason (I think) that Mira was distracted with Hanharr; to prevent her from interceding as the mediator of the group.
She challenges Kreia and is ridiculed for standing alone. She is then joined by your companions, who themselves are ridiculed as "children with lightsabers". They are defeated and imprisoned.
And then the exile appears. The choice that Kreia offers at the entrance of the academy is the choice to save your friends or merely seek vengeance.
There is much more (Atton being tortured by Sion, Atton possibly dying). See here for missing dialogue (and some speach). Also see here for a huge thread at the Obsidian forums on the topic. Then go here to visit the forums of the TSL Restoration Project working to put as much of this back in as they can.
