Character Appearance

I don't know if anyone asked these questions yet or not. But here they are:

-"How come I cannot change character facial appearance (u know, hair, skin...)? even those the choice was there, i cannot click on it." Is this a bug?

-I played the game for 2 weeks, and noticed that it had a lot of bugs. Ex: if you stand behind the mummy coffin and open it, you will get stuck forever.

-Is this the Beta testing version?

-So in all, is this game really suck or not?

Yes, there are a lot of bugs. BUT it surprisingly is still quite entertaining.
