um, no...i find nearly all the battles fairly ez. check that, in this game, VERY ez.
kotorI may have had a few challenges, but i dunno, this one seems too ez.
but i DO like the dialogue options in this one a whole lot better.

that's really why i keep playing this one. i like the cool dialogue u can choose from.
i wish u could do ur own options, tha'd be uber cool. like:
"dammit kavar, ur really pissing me off. i'm gonna kill u. and after ur dead, i'm gonna kill u again!"

Pherhaps you are right... the dialouge is much better than in kotor1.. but I think the battles are just as hard as they were in the first game... but I really don't think that much of the battles.. I just think the dialogue is the main thing in rpg (do'h... ;) ), so i focus more on that, than the actual batles ;)

I played as Mandalore, Mira & Visas, & I tried three times to kill the Sith Masters before finally being able to do it! I had to sort-of cheat :D

I left Mandalore & Mira to fight the Sith Masters, & took Visas around behind a pillar - then I healed Mandalore & Mira, & revived them if they died. It didn't actually take very long for them to kill two of the Sith, & I finished the last one off.

I know, it's not a very courageous way of fighting...but it worked! That's coming from someone who isn't playing the game 24/7, so I'm not as good at it as a lot of people on this forum.

Hope that helps! :)

If your gonna use mines, make sure that you use solo mode, and in stealth. Then dont go out of solo mode, and just stand behind the mines. The should see you and charge towards you, right over the mines.

Id like to point out, though, how much damage a mine does against them. Not toom much. I found it better to just charge in with the handmaiden with mira and bao dur backing her up.

I dont recomend Visas either. Her constitution, defence and vitality suck and her force abilities are pretty split accross the board and not focused on one side.

I used Deciple, Visas, and Boa-Dur.

I basically kill everyone off in all the other rooms/chambers before I face the Sith Masters. Then I save my game and go back to the one chamber that has the med droid. I repair the droid and have it follow me around. Then I go back to the tomb and fight away. The med droid heals my chars up while they chop away at the sith.

All I did was force storm them to hell with Visas and Bao-Dur and have Mandalore as a backup. The battle was over in like twenty seconds.
Where every step I took in faith betrayed me.

Well, have a lot of Med packs, sheilds, and jedi. If you don't have any jedi, then its going to be a hell of a lot harder. Have either 2 jedi and a blaster or 1 melee and 2 blasters either way, its easier to have jedi.

It's all about the thermal detonator, people: lob on of those at the Sith Lord in the center while he's faffing about with his lightsaber and watch him fly.

To be honest, you'd have been better off choosing choosing somebody else to do the dirty work, but hey.

SPOILER

I played on normal difficulty and unless you are careful, you will trigger MULTIPLE sith assasins to get you when you wake up as Mira. If you get backed into a corner... you're fried. Not to mention that although I killed them quite easily I had to use medpacks.

The real challenge is Atton and the Twin Suns, if you have not yet made Atton a jedi and made him a ranged fighter, the fight is pretty tough, unless you know a cheap way of doing it, which I took.

The tank droid almost got me, but that was carelessness on my part.

On difficult level....... it might be more challenging.
Otherwise, this game is NOWHERE as hard as KoToR I, which in itself was not hard at all, just that some areas were coded so that you must die.

The Sith Masters... I attacked them with Visas and ran away from them while Mandalore and Mira shot them dead...
