After Ravager....what happens? (minor spoilers)

Post by jdougan1 »

(Minor spoilers ahead...)

According to the walkthrough, after leaving the Ravager for the last time I meet with someone from KOTOR I. That does not happen to me - I shuttle to Telos, and next thing I am heading off to Malachor V - but nothing happens in the middle. Seems like there is an important action I am missing. What is up?

(I am playing the PC version)

If my memory serves, you will not meet someone from kotor 1 if you play dark side after the ravager.

However.

*spoiler ahead*

If you play light side, you will meet with Carth Onasi, the playable NPC from kotor 1, and in a cutscene you will see bastilla. But none of it is too important, just chitchat about revan, and doesn't affect the storyline directly.

Thanks - though that is strange indeed - I was a lightside master at that time.... wonder what the bug might have been?

It doesn't matter what your alignment was, actually; it matters what you said about Revan. If you said Revan defeated Malak for the Republic instead of rejoined the Sith, then you get that meeting. If Revan instead you chose the dark side ending for KotOR I, then you don't see that meeting. You apparently chose that Revan had reclaimed his/her role as Dark Lord of the Sith.

You can easily tell if you said Revan was DS: was the man commanding the Republic cruiser Sojourn named Admiral Cede? If you said he was LS, it would have been Carth, both in the briefing room logs on the Harbinger, and during the arrival of the Sojourn at Telos station when you went down to the Restoration Zone.

Also, if you said Revan was male and LS, Bastilla should have a short cameo just after this scene, too. If you said Revan was female and LS, you just get Carth.

"We were hoping we could bring the Xbox platform into December but didn't want to make the formal announcement until we knew an earlier ship date would not compromise the quality of The Sith Lords," says Producer Mike Gallo.
