Help with game (spoiler/help)

Post by Firepatrol »

I have just finished Loose Ends at the Royal Palace, but there is no option to talk to Kreia or continue the story by going to the Jedi Enclave. The door is still locked and kreia doesn't say anything about having had reunited all the Jedi Masters.
Has anyonse else been in this situation, and is there any way to fix the problem and continue with the story?

It is rather frustrating as I can't continue the game.
...
thanks

What does the Lost Jedi journal entry say?
LucasArts in interview with GameSpy, September 2004
"We were hoping we could bring the Xbox platform into December but didn't want to make the formal announcement until we knew an earlier ship date would not compromise the quality of The Sith Lords," says Producer Mike Gallo.

Well, it says that Master Kavar has agreed to meet me at the Jedi Enclave when I have reunited all the Jedi Masters: which I have more or less, I have been through the whole story so far so I've seen them at least. I don't think there is any way to visit them again after you've already seen them once.

So, you've met/fought/learn forms from Zez Kai Ell on Nar Shadda, Master Vrook on Dantooine and you've found Master Vash's body on Korriban?

I'm not sure, but I don't think that the journal entry thinks that you are done yet.

Exactly, it's weird, but then again this game is known to be bugged. It's quite likely that it messed up or the only other reason I can think of is that I didn't stay to explore the secret academy for that long and agree with what Master Jedi Atris had to say, which from what I understand you have to return to and fight but I have no idea how to do that.

I doubt that is the reason tho, and I'm positive I've talked to all the
Jedi Masters.

I suppose you could poke around in your savegame with the KotOR Savegame Editor, KSE, and try to devine from the global variables contained within as to what the game thinks remains undone. You should be able to fix it with this tool, and a little tinkering/experience.
