If it does not show (Blood Buff) in the right bottom screen does that mean you don't have any?? How do you use Blood Buff - is it left mouse click??

All bloodlines have blood buff. You select it with your mouse-wheel (or whatever is your equivalent), and activate it with the *right* mouse-button.
