Blood Buff

Still stuck on this! In right bottom corner it says "Protean" and if I click
right mouse then vampire powers activate but nothing about Blood Buff.
Cant move my mouse to it as my mouse moves my character?
What am I doing wrong?

Try the '[' and ']' keys. Those are the keyboard alternates, although a mouse-wheel is much handier.

another varriant is to press "k" and put it (bloodbuff) on "0" or "9" or any number you want ( from 0 to 9)
