Every single time i try and do a swoop race it wont let me finish. I ran the entire course without hitting anything and it just says "sorry you didnt finish the course.." i think one of them is "What a terrible accident! Im sorry, but you cant qualify if you dont finish the race." and the other one is "Sorry you cant qualify if you dont finish the race!"
I won the first swoop race... then the 2nd and 3rd ones (one is on the smuggler planet with that droid guy who rigged the race, and the other is at the cantina where you investigate the murder). Both races, everytime i try and race, bam i cant finish. Its getting on my nerves cause im beating the records .
The official patch fixes this bug, though I'm not sure whether it fixes the bug where it already has occurred. You may have to reload a game from before you forfeited a race for the first time.
