is there any way of knowing when the enemy has reflect i hate when i use my spell of fire damage and it reflects back to me and kills me.i play on xbox.

Not that I'm aware. But the best way to deal with it is to ensure you have some defenses against magic yourself.
I find that one of the most effective methods is to enchant an article of clothing, or possibly jewellry, with a couple of points of "Dispel Magic."

If you have a PC, there's a "no reflect" mod that removes it from the game.
