Screenshots

In the screenshots section of this site, there are shots where characters are where they are not in the game. for instance, there are 2 of jeanette; 1 of her in the vesuvius upstairs room (where ur character is actually in conversation with her) and another of her in the asp hole. How is it that she appears here in the screenshots but not in the actual game?
(Also, the big bartender with the tattoed head appears at the vesuvius according 2the screenshots, but in the game he is at the asylum...?)
Please help...

Those are some of the earliest screenshots of the game, the developers have changed a lot since those were released.
