You that there is a bloodworm helm. It is being hold by a crazy Nord. If you kill him you get the message from that you cannot go on with .... You know. My question is... TO WHAT PART OF THE MAiN QUEST OR TO WHAT SIDE QUEST IS HE RELATED?????? THx anyway

I think he was intended to be part of the main quest but was left out in the end, and they never bothered to remove the reference.

You could use the CS to unblock his character and remove the "important character" thingy (it's just a check box- pretty convenient)
