Becoming a trickster - The demon

Heya all - Im sure theres an easy way of doing this, but i cant find it in any walkthrough and im out of ideas

To become a trickster you must got to the tomb of souls and ask the watcher to summon the fiend "agulia" (or however you spell it

)

You must then beat This fiend - but you cant damage/hurt it..

So im guessing this is a battle relying on your intelligence... you proberly have to "Trick" the fiend into submitting

I tried a few things- tiering him out, using different elements on him, Even trying to attack the statue and making him drop a section of the roof on it. And You cant damage the surronding Gargoyle statues

Nothing seemed to work

Anyone know how to win the contest?

Summoned creatures can hurt him.

rats, wolves, skeletons, haunts, minotaurs, anything you can summon will damage the demon. Tricksters are also masters of nether magic, you have to prove you have what it takes to become one.
