Oh and make it epic. Pharis vs. Zadrk is a good enough fight to get onto Drow Pay Per View.

I'm not exactly an expert on the sub-race. If Uruk-Hai from LoTR understand irony then yes. If not, then while your killing him the only thing that would be passing through his mind is that he failed his master (who no character knows about) and was bested by a better. Of course he'd be pretty angry at the whole matter. Whatever happens, just make him angry, and mad. I mean, you created him, I'm just playing along

5. I think if the black orc gets away and returns with more black orcs, it will further delay the amount of time it will take to get to windhaven. Not that I mind the combat, however, it seems there are already a handful of people there and I don't want them to lose interest in the overall story waiting for us. Especially if a force is moving on windhaven, it would be nice if all were present in town for the battle even if some of us haven't met by the time the assault occurs. In fact, all of us as survivors of that assault would be an excellent way to bring us together.

I'm not sure about exactly what's going on in the overall scheme of the orcs plans, but if there is an assault coming on Windhaven, then it opens up things a bit for the people stuck in town.
I would assume such an attack would be preceded by smaller scouting forces that the Windhaven crew can come across. Maybe things could shape up to where it appears as if Windhaven is going to eventually come under attack. In that case, it might make sense to start gathering up the farmers etc in the areas outside of town and moving them into Windhaven itself.
Just a thought though. Trying to figure a way to keep the crew in town happy and interested without rushing anything the writers still on the way have going.

Alright, the changes have been made.
@Ned...hopefully that fits in better with what you had in mind.
If Windhaven were to come under attack, then that could change how Erudish will meet members of the party. It could work though. I do have an idea of how he could get captured while on the battlefield (and no, sorry, it doesn't involve him getting the crap beaten out of him by another player character).
It fits in with Erudish catching the trail of AC and Sytze. He sees where they've gone off to, he wants to stop their movement, so he invades. Although, an army of that magnitude should be able to overrun the village.
Either that or he could run off after Pharis and DW towards the elves while his army is left in the hands of a Black Orc.

I may have erred in announcing the threat to windhaven. I thought someone saw that in a vision, snirf or setanta. If I'm wrong, then I apologize for stirring the pot. Perhaps it was a errant vision of my own. I picked a hell of a week to put peyote back in my diet.

Well, it depends. Like I said, I'm not sure what the plans are on the large scale for the Orc army, but they seem to be pretty stretched out, so i was assuming whatever attack came to Windhaven wouldn't be the full brunt of the Orc forces. Could even be a diversionary tactic for some other goal to keep the people occupied.
or, there could actually be no attack, just the precautionary measures taken in case. Like I said, just thinking out loud about things to occupy people until everyone gets together

Oh wow.. I'm offline for less than two days and come back to all kinds of great posts
I'm just catching up on the story right now, but I'm far too braindead to actually write, most likely that will happen tomorrow
No I'm not. It was a joke in light of characters having visions.
If Erudish ever got busy with a woman, Snirf would probably have the need to notify BS and Setanta that a half-orc was off in the wilderness making sweet love to someone. Instead of 'I see dead people' we'd have a gnome saying 'I see shagging people'.
In all seriousness though, there's nothing wrong with all these visions. I just hope no one has a vision of my character during his private time when he bawls like a baby because no one loves him
.
EDIT - BTW, I've added a 'weaknesses' section to my character sheet. Right now the list is small, but as he's fleshed out, a lot more will be added to it.
