Stupid newbie question...

Post by Erali »

I'm in the sewers of Fargrove, just started playing today, and got swarmed by rabid rats. I cast a spell from a scroll I picked up (don't remember what it was), but the spell window won't go away so I can't attack the remaining rats. I read the booklet that came with the game and it said it would automatically go back to my attack mode when the spell was out of charges (or something to that effect). There's nothing in the spell window, and i still can't attack with my sword? Is it a bug or am I supposed to press something to get it to go back to my weapon? I don't usually play these types of games so I could've missed something in my reading or maybe it's something covered in a patch?

Please take the time when you make a post in a new forum, to place it in the most prober subforum. And this subforum which is for discussing things about GameBanshee itself - isn't the prober one ;)

I would guess this post belongs in the Dungeon Lords forum, and am moving it there.

It is a certain key (I forget but think it is W or Q) on your keyboard and it makes them disappear.
Listen up maggots, Mr. Popo's 'bout to teach you the pecking order.
It goes you, the dirt, the worms inside of the dirt, Popo's stool, Kami, then Popo.

Yeah, you have to "switch weapons." It's Q.

Sir Edmund: "Should you obey the lord who asks you to put a village of innocents to the torch? Is that chivalrous? Is it noble?"
Me: "It's a great way to get promoted, I know that much."
