same old story

I looked for two weeks for marauder dude. Literally 2 weeks going back and foth, went upa level and half fighting dogs and bats. 12 at a time. Never spawned. Loaded 1.3 patch and did naga thing to relieve boredom, and now the quest won't show in dialogue, quest not completed, and the armory dudes will not talk about it anymore. Now I am stuck without the thing, and can not raise class either because dialogue will not show up. HELP. Any editors to fix this ?
