Demon Key after missing the first chance.

OK, I didnt get the demon key in the naga temple from that theif I released from prison. So I go back to get it (because you cant finish the tomb of souls without it) and I cant find the theif anywhere, If someone knows where I can find this dude with the key, please help, Im stuck

This same exact thing happend to me, although I did talk to him when I realised him. While I thought I was in big trouble, I continued on, some how, some way it worked out. I chawked it up to the chaos of the temple, and how it can be quite confuseing to navigate.

You don't need the demon key to complete the Tomb of Souls. The demon key just opens a little treasure room with a tough demon in it.
