Nether Spells

If you posess a nether spell book then you can cast a spell, even if you don't have the ingredients, right?

And even if you don't have a spell book, you can cast any nether spell, if you mix the kataals?

Where can I find nether spell recipes?

Sorry if those questions are annyoing, but I'm a newbie to this great game.

A nether spellbook is essentially just the components already combined, so you don't need anything else to use one. We have a list of the nether spells (and their recipes) here.
