Trouble with Tommy Flayton

I played twice through before with persuasion of 6 and had no problem telling Tommy about the Chef not washing his hands. Quest complete. Now I'm playing as Malk with persuasion of 7 and cannot get Tommy to rubbish the restuarant. Tried every possible dialogue. Any Malks had experience with this?

I always use dementation on Flayton. I think I had level 3, but it might have taken less.

I tend to agree. As a Malk, I think I got him to think that he was eating maggots, or some such thing. Totally disgusting, but effective.
