Watcher help!!! Grymlok????

ok, i read a thread that said you cant do anything about the watcher till you help grymlock regain his memory or somthing like that, how do you manage that lil task

To restore his memory you have to talk to Staroxia in the Forgotten Lands first. She will give you that quest. You just have to open the dialogue option when you find Grymlock after getting the quest.

Where in the Forbidden Lands is Staroxia

I've searched that entire area, atleast what I could get to and I can't find any peak to get onto to try and find Staroxia. Does anyone know exactly where she's located. I've also defeated Minus Taw but the knight is no where in sight to be found in that part of the Forbidden Lands. Help!!!

Staroxia
To find Staroxia head south from Skulldoon and take the 1st road west. When the road starts turning north leave the raod and head NE. At the end of the valley is Staroxia's Tower

Knight
After defeating the Slave Trader head west along the mountain. You should shortly thereafter find a Hut and, the Knight in front of it in front of a Pole. The Knight will give you a nice Sword (a barbed Runesword I believe)

thanks for the help guys, so far, this forum has been the best i have seen for a game, response is fast, kudos to you fine errrr, goats? And about bugs, the only oes i can across is getting stuck i the wall of things, the jittery camera if your in a certain spot and its trying to switch angles, no map, and my all time most annoying one, you jump on a rock, then get warped about 200 feet directly above where you were and fall to your death......now one more question guys, if you refuse a guild, can you not join it later???, cause i havent been able to join any guilds that i told no thanks to earlier in the game.

Did that, no Moonbridge Rune was given and now I can neither get to the Unholy Arc nor into the Vale of Ruins. So I'm stuck with 3 relics and an unfinishable quest. How do I get Grymlock to give me the rune? I've been to Staraxia and she just goes into the song and dance about the Tree Gaudians. Been there and finished Tomb of Souls. I'd like to go on with the game but right now I have the Vale of Ruins and the fun in the Black Swamp, not to mention getting rid of the blood sample, I can't even drink.

I believe there is an option to get INTO the vale of ruins through the mountains in the elven lands. This would be an exploit of course, and I do not know if you can get back to the normal word from there. Search the forum there should be more info on it.

After visiting grymlok, did you get a book in your inventory (I believe it would be under letters)? That should give you the last glyph.

Nope, unless the title is obscure as to what's in it. All I have is in the Quest Log (the PW that should give the Gardian the "ok") other than that, nada, nothing.... you get the idea.

When you talk to Staroxia, there should be a red dialogue option that says something like "Emmindor sends his regards." Once you say that, you'll get an option to ask about the relics of power, and that should trigger the conversation about Grymlok.

So you might need to talk to Staroxia again.

You got it! Talked to Staroxia again, and kept clicking continue 'til she gave me the pass phrase. Back to Grymlock for the spell book and then on to Valkyrie. Am now back at the Temple of Souls, so tomorrow, I start that piece of fun.

I was just about to ask the same question. I have visited Staroxia already and then went to Grymlok but didn't get the option to give the pass phrase to get the book.. guess I'm on my way back to Staroxia to make sure. Thanks.
