Wheres the child that gives you the ummar hills quest i cant find him anywhere?

Got Minsc in your party? I think you may need him since at least in my game, the boy approached Minsc directly.

For fun, turn Minsc down on the quest. He doesn't quite see things your way.

If you got Minsc in your party the boy will eventually seek you out. Otherwise he is standing next to the central statue in the governement district, right before the counsil of six building.

yeah, you need minsc. boy appears either:

1) bridge
2) slums
3) docks
4) in between areas as you travel (appears wherever you end up, driven by time)

Actually the boy approaches any "Ranger" outside the government building and begs for help.....otherwise I think he can be found inside the government building....(in the government section of the map)...duh

he approached minsc in the slums even though my pc was a ranger, incidently his name is Delon
