Which one of the Merchants in Trademeet has that Robe ? I checked the ones I found, but nothing :/

Maybe it's only available if ur main char is a Mage?

The robe of the neutral magi are carried by the mage that comes to kill Edwin, for various missdeeds, thus you need him in your party for a long time before you can get your hands on that robe.

You can buy the robe of the evil archmagi from one of the drow merchants in Ust'Natha.
