Stats Question

I am like a level 25 wood elf and i did the sneak secret where u stand behind some1 with sneak on but i came back later and my sneak was at 100 and it wouldn't increase. Can skills not go any higher than 100?

Also the same thing happened with my strength and agility attributes they won't go any higher than 100, but i know they can because i hear people talk about their attributes being like 700. -please help-thanks!

People who raised any skill or attribute to higher than 100 either cheated or had items and potions to boost them.

And even with potions and items, it'll only be temporary (except CE enchantments, of course)
