Is it possible to have other faces then the game originally offers?
And if so where could I find them and how would I integrate them in the game?

go here morrowind summit and search for faces
download them in morrowind folder
open program, click data files and select mods, click play and voila!

There are all kinds of faces, bodies etc.
My favourite is the classic "Rhedd's Heads," but there are many more.
